2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, project details and any message you send through our website forms, by phone, text message or email, and the information in service agreements you sign with us.

Information we create while serving you: estimates, contracts, change orders, invoices and payment records, photos of the property taken to document the work, and notes about the job.

Technical information: when you use our website we receive standard web-server data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used only to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use information

To respond to your inquiry and prepare your estimate; to schedule, perform, document and warrant the work; to send service-related communications (appointment confirmations, crew arrival and schedule updates, invoices and receipts, warranty follow-ups); to comply with licensing, tax and legal obligations; and to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. SMS / text messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in (checking the SMS box on our estimate form, initialing the SMS clause in your service agreement, or texting our business number), you agree to receive text messages from Blue Homes East LLC related to your inquiry, estimate and project — appointment confirmations, scheduling and crew updates, invoices and customer care. 5. When we share information

Only as needed to do the work and run the business: with the subcontractor crews assigned to your project (limited to what they need to perform it), with payment processors and banks to process payments, with service providers that host our systems and deliver our messages (cloud hosting, email and telecommunications carriers) under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when required by law, permit or licensing rules. We never sell or rent your personal information.

6. Retention and security

We keep project records (contracts, invoices, photos, correspondence) for as long as needed to honor warranties and meet legal, tax and licensing requirements. Data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure with access limited to authorized staff.

7. Your choices

8. Children
