1. Our services

Blue Homes East LLC provides licensed home-improvement services (VA DPOR Contractor License #2705196030, Class C, Home Improvement). All work is performed under a written service agreement that defines scope, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty. Estimates are free and are provided in writing. Nothing on this website is a binding offer; the signed agreement governs.

2. SMS program — "Blue Homes East Service Alerts"

Program description: conversational and transactional text messages about your inquiry, estimate and project — appointment confirmations, scheduling and crew-arrival updates, invoices and payment receipts, warranty follow-ups and customer care. Messages are sent from our business number and may include links to your documents.

How you opt in: (1) by checking the SMS-consent box on the estimate request form on this website; (2) by providing your mobile number and initialing the SMS-notification clause in your service agreement; or (3) by texting our business number first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies by project (typically a few messages per week while your job is active).

3. Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to any message from us and you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed; after that you will not receive further text messages from us. To re-join, text START to our number or opt in again through the form or your service agreement.

4. Help (HELP)

5. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and your device.

6. Privacy

How we handle your information, including your mobile number and opt-in data, is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
